Upon purchasing a product you will receive a Roblox Studio file. Simply download the file and open it through Studio. There, you will find instructions on how to set up and customize your product if needed. If you're having issues, open a Discord ticket.

Before contacting support, make sure of the following things:
- You've thoroughly followed product instructions
- You've re-downloaded and tested the product multiple times
- You have HTTP and API settings enabled under Settings > Security in Roblox Studio
If your product is still malfunctioning, open a support ticket in the Discord.

We will occasionally post applications and hold interviews in the Discord server. Additionally, we're working towards allowing creators to upload their products to our store in the future.
